Hi — I’m Erik Reagan. I’m an entrepreneur and executive coach; my work is operations, performance, and organizational health — helping teams close the gap between what they decide and what they do. A few years ago I joined a school board in Savannah and watched that exact gap play out around a board table: good people, real commitment, and momentum that evaporated between meetings.

Motions passed and quietly went nowhere. Conflict-of-interest forms were an annual scramble. New members learned the ropes by osmosis. None of it was anyone’s fault — it’s what happens when a group of volunteers meets for ninety minutes a month and the follow-through has no home. I’d spent my career building that home for companies. Boards deserved one too.

I looked at the board software out there. The affordable tools did meetings and file storage. The tools that handled real governance were priced for hospital systems. So I built what was missing: the meetings, yes — but more importantly the cadence around them. The conflict-of-interest cycle. The compliance calendar. The onboarding checklist. The action-item list that doesn’t forget. The facilitation and org-health practice I coach every week, built into a tool a volunteer board can actually afford.

The boards doing the most good often have the least tooling. That’s backwards.
